Church Abandoned child account availability and existing records

Accounts for this release are limited to people age 13 and older. Under-13 enrollment, parent-consent signing for new enrollment, and ordinary use of an existing under-13 account are unavailable. Existing requests and unused approvals cannot activate an under-13 account.

This is an availability and records notice, not a consent form. It does not request a signature or replace an existing signed notice. Historical parent notices and consent records remain associated with their original versions. The child-account implementation is preserved for possible future use; a future reopening would need its own applicable notices, verified permission and controls.

The church may still hold information about children in existing account, family, event, attendance, consent or historical communication records. The age limit does not delete those records or end applicable access, withdrawal and deletion rights. Unlinked requests expire 24 hours from original creation; linked unfinished requests, including unused approvals, expire 30 days from original first linking. Closing enrollment or later activity does not extend those periods. Consent evidence and other records follow their existing purposes and retention limits; they are not retained indefinitely for a possible future release.

Parents may request their child's information, a copy of the original consent record, withdrawal or deletion through Church Administration. The church authenticates requests before providing records securely. Do not email passwords, verification codes or consent records to Soli Deo Software.
